"Intense"
Definition: of extreme force, degree, or strength. adjective
Intense is an action. when I think of "Intense" I think of sports. the sport I use intensity in is wrestling. Wrestling is one of the most difficult sports the human body can go through. The best wrestler in the world, Dan Gable, once said, "More enduringly than any sport wrestling teaches self-control and pride. Some have wrestled without great skill - none has wrestled without pride" the reason wrestling is so intense is because of its practices otherwise known as the grind the average wrestling practice is two or three hours long normally starts with running for 30-60 minutes 20-30 minutes in the weight room and finished out with live or technique practicing most kids have to wear 3-4 layers during these practices just to make one of the 14 weight classes 103, 112, 119, 125, 130, 135, 140, 145, 152, 160, 171, 189, 215 and 285 i would call that intense. Would you?
